Turnaround Time:

Initial design drafts will be delivered within 5-10 business days.

Important:

After checkout, a design intake form will be sent to your email. This form must be completed within 48 hours to secure your place in the design queue. Turnaround time begins once the form and all required information are submitted. Orders not submitted within 48 hours may be placed on hold. 

If the intake form is not submitted within 48 hours, the order may be placed on hold. If there is no client response within 72 hours, the order will be cancelled with no refund due to inactivity. This policy does not apply if delays are caused by the designer or other circumstances communicated to the client.
